This notice applies only to the PawGuardian product information website. It does not replace or change the privacy notice for the PawGuardian App.
1. What this website does
This is a product information website. It does not provide user accounts, checkout, online payments, subscriptions, or an on-site contact form.
2. Information processed when you visit
We do not use advertising cookies or website analytics on this site. The hosting provider may automatically process limited technical logs—such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time—to deliver and secure the website.
3. When you contact us
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, together with your email address. We use it only to respond to your request, provide product or website support, and maintain necessary support records.
4. External services
This website may link to the Apple App Store, Taobao, email services, and other third-party websites. Those services operate under their own privacy notices and terms. PawGuardian does not control their sign-in requirements or data practices.
5. The PawGuardian App
App-related information and device data are governed by the separate PawGuardian App Privacy Notice, which remains unchanged.
6. Retention and security
Email correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, recordkeeping, security, or legal obligations. Technical server-log retention is controlled by the hosting provider. We use reasonable measures appropriate to a static information website.
7. Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adult pet owners and is not designed to collect personal information from children.
